About ShengYu
ShengYu Manufacturing is a Chinese wiring devices factory based in Zhejiang, supplying the North American B2B market since 2006. Our core product lines are UL and cUL listed GFCI receptacles, USB wall outlets with Type-A, Type-C, and GaN PD charging, duplex receptacles, decorator and toggle switches, and polycarbonate wall plates. All devices are manufactured and tested in-house against UL 943, UL 498, and UL 20, and designed to meet NEC 2026 installation requirements. We work with North American distributors, import buyers, electrical contractors, and private-label brands on factory-direct wholesale, OEM, and ODM programs.

GFCI
UL 943 listed 15A and 20A GFCI receptacles, including self-test, tamper-resistant (TR), weather-resistant (WR), and USB combination models. Compliant with NEC 210.8 and 406.12 for residential, commercial, and outdoor installations.
USB Outlet
UL listed Type-A, Type-C, and dual USB-C wall outlets with 5V, 20W PD, 36W GaN, and 65W GaN options. Combination receptacles with NEMA 5-15R and 5-20R for hospitality, office, and residential renovation projects.
Receptacle
UL 498 listed 15A and 20A duplex receptacles with tamper-resistant (TR) faces, back-wire and side-wire terminals. NEMA 5-15R and 5-20R configurations for residential and commercial replacement and new construction.
Switch
UL 20 listed single-pole and three-way wall switches in toggle and decorator styles, 15A and 20A ratings. Standard and quiet-action models for residential, hospitality, and commercial lighting projects.
Wall Plates
Polycarbonate and thermoplastic wall plates in standard, mid-size, and screwless designs. 1-gang to multi-gang configurations matching ShengYu's GFCI, USB, receptacle, and switch lines.

Yes. Our GFCI receptacles, duplex receptacles, switches, and USB wall outlets are UL listed and cUL listed under UL File No. e473989. The file number is verifiable on UL Product iQ. UL and cUL certification covers the U.S. and Canadian markets and is required for installation under NEC and CSA codes.
Are your products compliant with the 2026 NEC?
Our GFCI and receptacle products are designed against the 2026 National Electrical Code, including the updated 210.8 GFCI requirements, 406.12 tamper-resistant rules, and 406.9 weather-resistant outdoor installation requirements. Specific model compliance is noted on each product page.
Do you offer OEM and private-label manufacturing?
Yes. We run OEM tooling programs and ODM private-label programs for distributors and brand owners. This includes custom product markings, packaging design, carton labels, and barcode integration. Minimum order quantity and lead time vary by product and by the scope of customization.
Is ShengYu a factory or a trading company?
ShengYu is a direct manufacturer. Our Lishui facility handles injection molding, device assembly, UL-required testing, and packaging. The UL File Number is issued in ShengYu’s name. Factory audits and customer visits are welcome by appointment.
